How do I contact you?

Please email business@wanderlustbrush.com. There is just one of me but I do my best to respond to emails daily Monday-Friday.

Do you sell wholesale?

I sure do! Wholesale pricing is available for orders containing a minimum of five artworks or more. I will also have a wholesale catalog available on Faire.com soon for BIG purchases intended for fundraisers, clubs, large events, etc. so please reach out if you are interested in such!

Do you accept commissions?

Commissions are my bread and butter! Though you will see me close them off once my queue gets full, I am always happy to listen to your vision, provide estimates, and answer any questions about my commission policies at any time!

When will my order ship?

I fulfill orders between 2-5 days. The delivery times of the shipping methods I offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with me no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

When entering your shipping address, please always take care to double check all (code, building, unit, apartment number, floors…) If you have incorrectly entered your address and not yet received a shipping confirmation from me, please email me ASAP.

 

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing I can do until your order gets returned to me. Sorry!

 

Please note: I cannot refund shipping or cover the shipping costs on orders that have been returned to sender or were the result of any error made while inputting your shipping address. As someone who has ordered things to the wrong address before, I know this sucks, but I can’t afford to swallow those costs like big boy Bezos can.

Where’s my package?

Love your excitement to receive your products! Here’s your best course of action:

 

1. Check that tracking number with cautious optimism! The USPS does their best, but sometimes scans get skipped and things can take a bit longer to arrive. Per USPS guidelines, mail will not be considered “lost” until 30 days have passed, although most will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

 

2. Does your tracking info say it is delivered but there is no package to be found? This is normal and is the result of parcels being scanned prematurely or out of order by USPS. It will normally arrive in the next day or two.

 

3. Check with your postal worker directly or with your local USPS branch – they have a LOT more power and info than I do once a package is out of my hands.

 

4. If USPS declares your mail as missing, just let me know! If you purchased a reproduction print, I will most often re-send your order as these things do happen. Please note: that I can only replace art prints. I cannot replicate an original drawing or painting, though I will do my best to get you something of equal value.

Domestic & International Shipping

Orders from my shop ship only to the United States. Please check back later for more information on international orders. Shipping and handling time is typically between 2-5 days. If there is any reason I need more time to pack and ship your order, I will notify you.

 

In person delivery is always preferred over shipping. I offer drop off delivery for Mount Pleasant, MI locations free of charge. Anywhere else must be shipped by mail. If there are any questions regarding this policy, email me at business@wanderlustbrush.com.

Returns

At this time, I do not accept returns for any reason. But if there is any issue with your order, please email me within 4 weeks of delivery and I will do my best to make it better!
